Arguendo, I asked Peter about your concerns on Agoracom, regarding the last paragraph and this is what he shared. He addresses your concerns regarding your recent discussions regarding majority ownership.

“Please point out to that individual that I currently control the company, and that the paragraph quoted refers to an acceleration mechanism which is triggered only if there is a change in control. If I take the company private I would suggest that there is no a change of control.”
