Three corner Amalgamation

Three corner AmalgamationThere has been a Few questions on this board regarding a three corner amalgamation with Percy Street. I noticed that Percy Street just filed some papers today on Sedar and The Three corner amalgamation to amalgamate with Percy Street and live well is listed as a Subsidiary of Percy Street called “Merger Sub”.


 A small part of me still thinks this might be us I’m just wondering if anyone knows what a sub merger is ? Page 11 on this link :
