RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tariffs and POGAs I've asked before, what is basic mining expansion? Spell it out? 

To show you what I mean my electrical upgrades comment wasn't addressing the underutilized power grid. It meant upgrading and adding plant electrical systems for the extra power consumption requirements of the new expansion equipment. Finally what does roads and equipment have to do with mill expansion? 

Your good at saying things, but your lousy at giving facts to back up your conclusions. 

Look at the photo of the inside of the mill. This is a picture of the gringing curcuit. As I said things are very tight and there is very little room to add anything. If this area of the plant is rated for 1200 TPD and your going to double it where are you going to put things? There's no room. You have to build a whole new area that looks just like it. 
 
That's not simple and it's not cheap.
