BFD's summer drilling programm

BFD's summer drilling programm..As we could read BFD starts a summer programm... My opinion is that BTR will finance it .... For me it is a good News ... But why is the BTR share price by 0,45 CAN ? I thought the share price shows the future ? Will it related to the outstanding options, warrants ? Who has any idea?
