RE:LEEDE BUYS OVER 360000 SHARES TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Since you mention Leedee, a little back of the envelope calculation:

They bought nearly 1.6 Mil shares YTD (sold none) at an avg cost of $0.071.
95% of these shares were bought after the March 15 mgmt. reorg NR.

Prior to that they bought 230K shares at an average cost of $0.17 in 2015/2016 with virtually no sales.

In the first half of 2015 they were net sellers in the $0.05 range.

Without going back any further, these numbers paint the picture of someone who got stuck with 2015/16 run-up shares, has averaged down (mostly since March 15) and is now sitting on roughly 1.8 Mil shares with a $0.085 average cost.

Read into these numbers whatever you want. Personally I don’t think this paints the picture of a well informed investor but one of an investor who sold when he should have been buying (2015), bought and forgot to sell in 2016, sat idle in 2017 and so far compounded his losses in 2018 by throwing another $115K into the EUO pot.

Based on these numbers, he is currently sitting on a $50K (33%) paper loss.
