You'd have to think they are pretty close to announcing a deal. It seems they have been in talks in the past and just waiting on results, which are now in hand and postive.

They've mentioned that they can go to market by year end. That's not a lot of time to formulate product on large scale and distribute it unless they have a partnership in place very soon.
