Let's not jump to conclusions... this is NOT a bad thing

Let's not jump to conclusions... this is NOT a bad thingMorning everyone,

I don't feel this is a bad thing... as others have said, there has to be a mechanism in place for getting large institutional investors into our stock and this the realistically the only way to do it... It gives them the OPTION to have up to $150 million in financing over two years... we could be a VERY different company (read much higher market cap) by then, or even taken out long before needing all of that.  Remember that management and insiders have A LOT of this stock themselves and have held it all to this point... they want the stock price up as much as the rest of us.  This is a tool to unlock value and protect the company not to sink it.  Just my opinion of course but give them a break here... they've executed brilliantly so far and I'm sure this is part of the plan guys.  I will not be "bailing out" early next week.  This is just the start.
