Hope that someone can help you with this but personally in the case of this one, it started as a pure play on management. I bought in when I first heard (2014) that Art Mesher was joining the Board and taking a stake. I saw what he had done at Descartes Systems (t.DSG) and acted on faith that he would do the same here. It takes time but has paid off very well so far.

Similarly, I have taken a starting position in v.WELL, where I hope Hamed Shahbazi (Tio Networks) can do it again there.
