RE:RE:RPC Actually, I disagree that the flyer doesn't say much. I think it speaks volumes about the advantages of the HALS pump. The stock is a perceived as a drug on the market strictly due to mismanagement.
Month in and month out management has failed to create shareholder value. This is not because they have failed to create a superior product, it is because they have failed miserably in communication, promotion and business planning. Somehow, they got the idea in their collective heads, speaking of the BOD and CEO, that it is enough to "build it and they will come". Just looking at the share price and the spread between bid and ask, the miserable pricing of the last Private Placements, the website, the pdf's on product profiles, etc. In short, the entire group of these guys (and gal) should be government bureaucrats and NOT Capitalists trying to create a successful company. Certainly, Endurance and Synergy Energy Holdings recognize the value of RPC's products and also realize they can end up owning the Company for a pittance due to the dislocation of perceived value created by ineffective management.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: Get new talent in the front office before the company runs itself out of business.
