RE:What happenedThey stopped trading ( halted ) this yesterday two hours or so into the day. It is  strange that the announcement came so much after. ( check yesterdays run graph)  It was wierd yesterday and even stranger today. 
Perhaps the whole thing is being bought out by ALPHABET or FACEBOOK.
