It holds a 100% interest in two graphite properties located in Quebec: The Miller Graphite Project and Asbury Graphite Project. The Miller Graphite Property is located in Grenville Sur la Rouge, Quebec. The Miller hydrothermal lump-vein historical graphite mine and surrounding property cover approximately 100 square kilometers (km2) and is located 80 kilometers (km) west of Montreal in the Grenville Township. The Asbury Graphite Project is made up of two claims for a total of 119 hectares (ha). It is located 8.1km northeast of Notre-Dame-Du-Laus in the Laurentides Region of southern Quebec.

I see your points Snacker and this has certainly cost CC a substantial amount in legal fees alone. It has also cost them in the form of private placements under market value due to the GSLR's actions. I think if you look into it damages have been caused on several levels that should be compensated for. I am not so sure I agree that the GSLR should be released from the financial and punitive damages they caused because they are forced by a legal system to do what they should have done in the first place. They carried their illegal actions out with intent to damage the company in hopes they would give up and walk away. The company deserves to be compensated for all damages incurred and the permitting procedure should recommence to make things right.
