Not true - after he sold is when It went south** 

what does he have to offer ? experience in branding and extensive knowlege in scaling a company -- he is  obviously very smart and competent guy to turn 20 G into a global company that had sales in the Bs.. ...even the dragons in the den that turned em down wished they woulda partnered with him ....they still say it was a deal they missed out on...
