In the digital age we live in today it's better to keep your mouth shut when discussing court cases. Doug said what he needed to in that article. I agree the press release was brutal and late after the Gustafson trial and they should have mentioned the court case amongst other things in the conference call. They are great people to talk to, very bright, and serially successful. They have big chunks of their wealth tied up in input and are starting a new firm of financing. I didn't think there would be this many problems from the defaults but they pivoted nicely into mortgage streams and if they can make that work we'll all still make plenty of money. If they can't it's not like their sg&a is out of control so it will probably just drift up to slightly below book value.
