RE:Namaste production licenseEntrance.. OK.. I done did some more DD on Namaste's (Cannmart) Production Lic.

It appears that there are a couple of types of 'Production' license definitions.

Cannmart's production license is a specific one and has nothing to do with the growing of weed process.

 This licence is for packaging, labelling, and associated product testing.

Go to Authorized ACMPR Licensed Producers and click on the little No 1 beside 'Production' and it will take you to the bottom of the list.

This license allows Cannmart to handle product and become a 'testing/packaging' company for licensed LP's.

Technically, please correct me if I’m wrong, this gave them the right to process, package and maybe  transform the product from a licensed cultivator. Rules were quite a bit less stringent for that specific application since cultivation was not involved.
