As per the ACMPR site Solace got their Cultivation Lic on

As per their n/r dated Aug 29/17 they started their first grow

They definitely got their cult license about 1 -3 months ago. Not sure when they submitted their EP.

We could have our best case scenario as a golden standard.

We have a couple of good heads on this board, let's try to figure it out.
