RE:RE:Lol it's great news.Kensin1953- When did DM buy BitNine? Source? As I understand it, they are still JV partners:
"Under the terms of the deal, Datametrex and Bitnine Global will invest $200,000 CDN each in developing the joint venture company, named Graph Blockchain Limited."
So, they started as 50/50 partners but now, apparently, they are no longer even equal partner in this JV. When formed, their $200k investment each made them 50/50 partners. But now, DM is saying they only own 33% of Graph and that will be diluted to ~28% when RegTech/GBC completes the transaction and closes the PP. What happened to the other 17%? (50% reduced to 33%)
How did DM's percentage slip substantially from 50% to 33%? DM owns ~33% of GBC, so does that means Bitnine now owns the other 66-67%? Or is there another entity/party involved?
There's a piece missing here and I don't know if I just missed something in the evolution of this Graph Blockchain RTO/spin-off or maybe we haven't been told everything? Kensin1953 wrote: DM owns Bitnine so $400k invested, they just rolled over for 28% of $39 mil. Seems impressive.
How will the cash flow work?
Will DM get 28% of whatever Graph brings in? I wonder if there is a holding period of a few years until Graph gets off the ground.
What is Graph's income stream today and what is projected in 12 months. I guess I'm asking questions as they come to me and probably can find them on SEDAR .
At least it's not dull around here. Always something happening. I agree though DM needs to get the deals and the cash flow in place as soon as they can to keep this bike upright.
