Joseph: The idea of a FLT takeover has been raised before. It didn’t make sense then and it doesn’t make sense now. There are no operational synergies and personally speaking, that’s a very good thing. Maybe there is room for some sort of cooperation on the tech side but that doesn’t justify a takeover scenario.
 
UAV is still in its infancy. It has a lot of internal growing and sorting out to do as in P&L and balance sheet.
 
One thing I know for sure … If I see another quarter with equally ludicrous share based compensation as we have seen in Q1 (SBC was higher than revenue), I will bail regardless of SP and never look back. 
 
BTW, Q1 was far from profitable with a $800K loss and negative cash flow of some $400K. Personally I do not expect them to become profitable in 2018 but I am hoping that they will become cash flow positive by the end of the year. That would be a major accomplishment for such a young company.
