Bankruptcy due to lack of funding

Article states that DXD wants to file for bankruptcy due to lack of funding to continue operations but does not state how much more money or time it needs to start creating a return for itself. Does anyone know? I agree with others on this board. Flowerday step aside and let a "Fundraiser" lead now in order to get to the finish line. We cannot be far now right? It's a shame to roll over and lose now.
