THEIR SECURITY CLEARANCE IS STEP ONE IN THE ENTIRE PROCESS.

Security clearances are NOT STEP 1. That is a lie. It is actually STEP 2 - the final step before issuance of the LP and the most arduous work has already been completed long before Step 2 was completed by Vodis.

Effective May 25, 2017, the application process for becoming a licensed producer of cannabis for medical purposes is as follows:

1. Intake and Initial Screening
2. Detailed Review and Initiation of Security Clearance Process
3. Issuance of Licence to Produce
4. Introductory Inspection (as cultivation begins)
5. Pre-Sales Inspection
6. Issuance of Licence to Sell

STEP 3 - which is where VODIS is right now is as follows:

Once Health Canada confirms that the requirements of the ACMPR have been met, and the application successfully completes the Detailed Review and Security Clearance stage, a licence to produce  will be issued. 


Pretty stright forward. Vodis now awaits the LP to be issued (following submission and review of final video of readiness which will be submitted this week if not already submitted).

Pumperstalker also lied when he said: 

You better do some more DD on how long it's taking companies to get their cultivation licenses considering that HC has only issued ONE IN THE PAST SIX WEEKS


Actually, the facts are that 4 Cultivation licences have been issued by Health Canada Since April 20, 2018 (roughly 6 weeks) and since Jan 12, 2018 Health Canada has issued 20 Cultivation licences.


I found it interesting that not only did Pumperstalker lie about the number of issued licences but he also chose 'the past 6 weeks' when he tried to 'cherry pick' that number.

And although it is true that 4 (not 1) LP's have been issued in the last 6 weeks, had Pumperstalker gone back another 4 weeks that number would have risen to from 4 (not 1) to 14 issued LP's. But I guess he didn't feel it necessary to be truthful. 

So:   

20 LP's issued since Jan. 12
14 issued since March 16
4 issued since April 20


Conclusion:
Pumperstalker is a lier and therefore a Basher on Vodis
EIOM is wildly optimistic and therefore a Pumper on Vodis
