Have to Think as an investor

Have to Think as an investor
I m invested from long time in this stock and follow it.
I have few points to think about:

1: too much equity.
2: how many directors and management guys in 3 companies (which way they pay now and future?) Another way to increase equity.
3: This is data company, when you registered on website you never ever get feedback or email for news. (????? wonder?????)
4: Did you seen updated news from website??  wonder again, you have to find news from different website instead of their own website.
5:news always juming around. not on track. so we have to wait for any strong proof.

few more points I will share in future.
