Not the news the market wants to see

This news is nice to see but certainly not what market is looking for its now 9:49 AM and stock has gained 1 penny. SAD Legalization has been set back several months, guess this stock will likely move a bit in August or Sept, as Legalization in Manitoba gets closer. Between now and then good time to pick up stock under $2.00
