I have an EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT IS GOING ON!  Why? Because I have done my research on this company and I am in regular contact with their IR guy.

I acknowledge I am guessing they will submit their final readiness video this week - because why? Because why wouldn't they!? Soy assured me in an recent email that they had (or were just completing) installation the improved security doors last week. From what his understanding was, that was the LAST thing they had to do before submitting their confirmation of readiness video (to RECEIVE their LP - as stated on HC application guidelines) and if that is true, then obviously they would want to submit that Video ASAP which is why I said they would submit it this week if not already. That was my OPINION - not insider information or based on evidence. Just my opinion based on a logical assumption given the final stage they are currently at before submitting the video of readiness.
