More uneducated posts.. Sanderz your not looking at it correctly I'm sorry..  Your basically stating that the only benefit to the warrant is the conversion price to common shares right now. Your not taking into account the LEVERAGE. The only reason these are so cheap right now is the hold period, however if you believe the stock will rise and will not see these levels again, your WAY better off holding the warrants. Not because you get a 'few cents off what the commons are' lol, but because if TGOD keeps rising, and the hold period comes closer, the warrants will DWARF the commons. It's a simple fact. I've been in warrant my whole investing carrier and while a common stock can say 2-3x, the warrants can 20x above that.

I'm personally hoping for a pullback in the warrants, as I am a trader not a holder, I sell high and buy low, but if your a holder, especially long term, warrants are the way to go if your a true believer long term.

Ahh ok, thanks for putting it into that perspective.    I could never understand why people would buy warrants when the common shares in many cases are cheaper (by the time you exercise the warrants) so I figured I must have been missing something to the logic.  I get it now after reading your reply
