NOT sure that any new contract will spur a price rise since every contract has resulted in negative income. It's one thing to buy business it's another to earn PROFITABLE business contracts. HS Has yet to accomplish the later, and that is why they sit at a .6 cent / share value. If they intend to stay in business they had best find a profitable way to operate as that hasn't been the case to date. LOSING Money is NOT a viable game plan, no matter what the potential top line is.
