Its projects include South Grass Valley, Kelly Creek, and Awakening. The South Grass Valley Project is located approximately 50 kilometers (km) south-southwest of Barrick Gold Corp.'s Cortez complex, within the specific region of north-central Nevada. The Kelly Creek Project is located approximately 40 km north-northwest of Battle Mountain in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Awakening Project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada, 50 km north-northwest of Winnemucca, and 4,000 meters north of the 4.8-million-ounce Sleeper Gold Mine. The Company controls a large strategic land position in the central Powder River Basin of Wyoming and operates the Nichols Ranch ISR uranium project.

RE:What's happening?

IT appears that many have now just gotten tired of hearing about all the POTENTIAL of this play and no longer find much credibility in the Wade HOdges model of finding gold. We have heard this sad story for FIVE YEARS NOW and they have yet to complete a drill program that confirms any of the highly speculative B S that spews out of the company on a regular basis......for these reasons I think many are jumping ship and uninterested in holding onto a company that will be further diluted and sitting in wait for questionable results
