management information circularIn the circular it states that jim receiced 180,000 dollard in 2016 for consulting fees etc. In  2017 he received 229,235 dollars for consulting feesct. pluss a 50,000 dollar bonus .  not worth a penny in my estimation read more on page 6 of the circular
