its like whwn a show goes on hiatus.
it was up to Ivan to schedule something when ready but doing so would mean the HC would show up and they would fail. they also had to pay some back end costs.
anyway without an official rejection they can keep string along speculators not familiar with the breakdown on how much the share price is in regards to the amount of debt and little prospects. it is going the way of fin who is now defunct.
the field is crowded the money supply is expensive and the questionable integrity on the ceo’s private life were aired all over other pot forums. so it makes you wonder why as an operator they couldn’t meet any of their goals. after that reverse split its like they used the private placement to facilitate their lifestyle (as mentioned questionable for someone in a budding community).
Also interest rates are going up and they’re running out of money.

look you don’t have to take my word for it. you should always do your own diligence and its because you worked hard for your money. But I think you are right to be worried that they aren’t operators like the people at beleave pharmaceuticals or $weed or even namaste who is run by a rookie ceo and has seen a %70 collapse in share price since the hype fomo period in february.

but any weary retailor should know that its all the more likely Vodis does another reverse split and the share price falls again.

you have a better upside on a gamble like belgravis capital $blgv considering how accessible they are in toronto and how technology plays a part in their business model.

good luck :)

I am affilliated with a major institution but these are just opinions and not an endorsement or a declaration to sell vodis. it is merely pointing out their problems are not in line with similar conpanies who have a stronger management detail.
