RE:RE:RE:RE:AEM

RE:RE:RE:RE:AEMASHRAM - good day to you, sir.

What I mean is that even though one or more companies may well be interested in the properties of Alexandria - and I actually believe that one or more is - that they will not approach until the issues with EO are settled.  This is because no company wants to get involved in a legal squabble.

When the squabble is resolved, which it will be, then the door is open for the interested company or companies to approach.  Companies just do not like to get involved in legal issues.

It is not a matter that EO does not have the votes to affect any deal for he does not.  I perceive that he is struggling to stay alive right now figuratively and trying to save face.  I suspect his legal costs are enormous as most lawyers care about their own welfare before that of their clients.  That is not to say there are not honest and ethical lawyers, for there are, but they are in my experience not that common, at least in Canada.

I hope this makes things clearer.  If any further questions, do not hesitate to ask.  Best of luck to all of us!
