RE:RE:Fees for using the deep sea port

There's ice in Frobisher Bay until July, and the last boat is mid-November before the ice freezes up.  That's a short window period.  Plus the Nunavut Gov't will likely charge a premium on every single boat PGD loads and unloads... how else do you actually think there'll recoup that $85 million investment.  That port is awesome for Iqaluit residents, but ultimately that diamond mine will $$$$$ fork money over a lot of coin to use the "commercial port."
