These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

todays tradingA quick look at the opening quotes indicates yesterdays close of $10.62 will be followed by opening trades somewhere in the $9.80 range, not very encouraging.
