RE:private placement

RE:private placementHere's my take on this:
1. We knew this was coming.
2. Ive never seen a PP take place where the shares are offered above market price, only below market price. In this case the offering was at $0.10 where as the share price is currently at $0.095.
3.Following the Social Media trail, we knew they were getting into the military space... this is now a reality as they have the money to do it.
4. Dilution? If the current insiders hold on to their shares, there should be no worry about the SP getting cheaper as they see long term value in holding their shares. Therefore, as much as I hate dilution, UAV needs to grow and growing takes capital. It would have been nice to see them fund this growth organically, but hey... If opportunities arise then cash is needed quickly. Key word: OPPORTUNITIES!
5. Personally, I'm very excitied to see how UAV becomes the go-to name in niche drone manufacturing. They are extremely well positioned to do so.

Long and strong.
PS, I've been buying more shares since we hit $0.08 cents again (cant believe that happened!)  But now I have another 120,000 shares below $0.095.  I've said it before, and i'm saying it again: UAV shoudl be trading at +$0.25!!
