RE:RE:RE:Billboard is quiet because.....Like I said once a case number is assigned to the application of new patent they can start obtaining tobacco deals and freely discuss. It takes about about a month for the patent office to assign a filing number for the intellectual property. This is huge for RTI and we should see some kind of an announcement regarding tobacco contracts in the next couple of months. 

I’m currently dealing with the Canadian patent office on my own filing of a intellectual property so I’m familiar how it the process works.
