Well apparently this bought deal is being orchestrated as a favour to a party to cover their short positions. WTF. Why would TGOD want to help some shorts to close their books? Let them come to the market and drive this thing. Am I missing something? Someone please explain.


I was told the deal was made to prevent further shorting, I wasn't told the details, so that's all I know, if that was the structure, then it sounds good for all investors.
