They ( management) control and or influence more than 51% of these shares. You would have to get some major shareholders to turn against them! Maybe some of these major shareholders are just as upset as you! But then again they may not be based on what they have been privy to........! Make you wonder why these major shareholders aren't upset!!!!!!!!!! GLTA
