Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:225 Million dollars at 11.85 is bad?

RE:225 Million dollars at 11.85 is bad?Why are people freaking out. Extracts and secondary value added products are the way to stay in the game in the next 2-3 years.... Remind me, what was the SP of tweed, when BMO did the bought Deal? The stock was hovering above the BD, just like in this case? No need to worry. The BD with Aphria is insurance of any fears of overproduction, since dry buds will be diverted to make extracts
