Also, please correct me if im wrong here, but when a pp takes place and these shares come "online"... you dont automatically have $0.40/sh available to purchase??

Usually, and maybe im wrong here, but when there is a bought deal, the investor who invested that money also owns those shares; not the company, not the marketplace, not anyone... so where does this $0.40/sh cheapies notion come into play unless this investor is selling his bought deal shares for $0.40/sh?
