How many times can the PDT treatment be applied ?

so lets say a patient opt for PDT instead of BCG . and assuming he can stay cancer free for 3 month, before he goes back to another PDT treatment, so that's 4 treatment a year. how many times can TLT apply this treatment ? is it for 1 year , 2 or can go up to 5 years , before it impacts the bladder itself (if it impacts it) or the cancer becomes immune to the treatment ? cheers
