Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:The sun came up this morning and it was golden...As a side note- given the hype around legalization, Vic/his team may have chosen to finance now knowing that it may only hobble the SP for an hour or so in the face of legalization (which WILL pass and be ascended today).

I dont think this will dip the way it might have if they announced this a week back. So who knows... if it was inevitable, it might be the smart play.

And I'll admit I was pretty annoyed last night, but looking at the pre-market bids, this may shake out decently.
