RE:RE:RE:RE:Congo mining regulations to be signed into law on FridaySo the law goes into effect, the miners (IVN included) take the DRC to court, consensus opinion being that the miners are likely to win.  The court case drags on for a few years, as they tend to do, while IVN continues to complete mine development.  During this period, it's costing IVN nothing other than investor sentiment because they're not producing.  In the meantime, Kabila gets re-elected for 'taking a stance for the people', which is probably mostly what he's looking for.  Everybody wins, and anybody who believes we're at the start of a major secular commodity bull gets a chance to accumulate at ridiculous discount prices.

Very little downside here, just requires some patience, IMO..
