RE:pharesf - the bailiff

RE:pharesf - the bailiffI have some colleagues who bought and paid for a vehicle from the Adesa dealer auction that now has a lien from Capital. Legal battle ensues. The dealer I referenced earlier was not Capital. It was another franchise (non-acq) that had vehicles with liens from ATB. This dealer believes they legitimately paid for the units which is why they aren't allowing the sheriff to take them. It's a mess and I do not believe it can get cleaned up anytime soon. Which is why I believe ACQ should have some kind of provisions for a possible loss. It could take a long time for this to get cleaned up and sorted out. Additionally, we are only hearing about issues from one dealership. I'm pretty sure this involves a few more; haven't heard if any other ACQ stores though.
