arbthe current offer is the floor, there should be a higher ratio when all is said and done. if i was younger and more energized i'd be shorting enb and buying more enf. but i'll just keep what i have for now and vote no on the current offer. exchanging a basically debt free company for a company drowning in debt isn't in my game plan.
