I do not see the concern at this moment.I see the disappointment but not the concern. As I see it, the other producing miners will begin paying the new taxes under the new law. The group will take it to arbitration and win sometime down the road at which time these producers will be reimbursed in one form or another. IVN is not producing, so until it is, the tax is a moot point. We are perhaps two years away from actually having any significant cash flow. All sorts of good things and bad things can happen in that time but as of now, IVN is not paying anything so the new law does not affect us. Nothing changed this morning for IVN except perhaps the financing becomes a little more difficult.
