I would have to agree. Doesn’t look like they will be ready for the launch of recreational.

I can assure your that "additional upgrades" are not because they have unlimited capital and not from the goodness of their hearts, but because they are deficient in HC requirements.

Once VP is ready to submit "Confirmation of Readines" to HC it will 
be required to submit information including documentation, photos, and videos of the facility presenting evidence of all physical security measures before they receive a cultivation license from Health Canada and then they will be placed in the queue along with the other applicants.

At the rate they are handing out those cultivation license's (averaging approx 1/wk) an dtaking into consideration the applicants that are ahead of this company, it could be several months before they get theirs.

THEN and only THEN will they be able to start producing two concurrent grows, having the results tested and submitting same to HC for their approval.

CURRENT Industry average right now for sales license approval is anywhere from 8-14 months.

So don't get your hopes up for a "fast track" to quickly
