My concerns

My concernsAs I await the final senate vote, I am concerned about VP's position. If they are unable to get a licence approved in time to bring in a crop prior to the rec legalization date, I think the negative impact will be significant. They have been at this since 2013, and now risk losing any "first mover" advantage they might have had. They will be unable to deliver product, and will have to sit and watch while other companies establish supply agreements and distribution systems. Having already lost out on revenue opportunities in the medical arena, it is starting to look like they will be too late to get an early foothold with rec.

I am watching to see what happens after the senate vote. If C 45 passes and MJ companies see a share price spike, I will be looking for similar gains from VP. If those are not realized, I will cut my losses and sell. It seems a shame, but with all of the opportunity they had, VP has not yet demonstrated the ability to get things done.

I hope I'm wrong, and we see something happen in the next few days.
