RE:RE:RE:RE:ANOTHER STUPID VOTE??You aren’t looking at it correctly. The amendment is to allow provinces to decide if people can grown within the province. It’s a restricting amendement. As it stands, people will be able to grow at home nationally and provinces can’t choose.

Itll pass easily since it’s just giving provinces more power to control their territory.
