RE:RE:RE:RE:Next Climb or Drop..Mitchellb I am now more coufused than I was prior to all the noise starting on this blog board. I dont think in the past 10 years I can remember taking time out to vote for anything at theis companies AGM's. now that its got my attention I have look closer at what the fine print actually says. I am trying to figure out what exactly would we be voting for or against.. do we think we are voting that no stock options be given.. because as I read the fine print it seems to say to me that we would be voting down the stock option plan as its sits right now and that would put the responsibility on the board to now come up with a new formula... and they would have complete say on what it is... the only way to ensure that no stock options are available is to vote ih a whole new board who would be compleytely on the same page as the majority of stock holders .. example Biogen in 2009, when a majority stockholder brought in his own board ... this past 2 week there was alot of lips flapping about this . so maybe someone out there can expalin exactly what the vote is for ,, becuase many of you had made your mind up already so you must have known all the consequesnces... commm on .. help some of us out with this ..
