Do not think there will be a short squeeze. People who shorted were most likely those that knew that about 400m shares at $1 were coming and that they would get some of those. So they sold what they had and even did not have at a price well above $1 and get them back for $1. 

Now they may actually have gotten more share at $1 then they wanted and are dumping them on the market. Seems they made enough profit so even sellign them for a bit less the $1 seems to be no issue. 

SP will start to move up once this dumping finishes. Getting 400m shares onto the market and then into stable (long term) hands takes a bit of time. Just be patient, by the end of 2019 this should be around $2 (IMHO).
