Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Sorry Folks - But....

RE:RE:Sorry Folks - But....Any proffesional investor knew that C-45 was a done deal... Anyone who wasn't sure doesn't realize that Canada, like all other countries, is a business. There was a 0% chance that bill would be stopped and everyone knew, especially after all the police infrastructure and investment dollars into the market. That's why prices ramped up this week, because all the dingus traders were getting ready to unload before the 7th. Those guys will never hold after a big positive event. That's how they roll... Professionals always stay ahead of the curve.

We'll see whether anything happens today that will prop this up, but all the smart money is exiting.
