I've never been one to turn away constructive conversation or to be malice when directed to an error in my postings. The tablet is currently deemed to be an 'edible' as it is not consumed in a leaf (smoking) or oil. It's ingested orally. The PR back in May stated to market in 2019. And all other form of edibles will not become legal for 1 year post legalization as the government needs to understand the mandates of these products and how they are sold and controlled. I have to find the source but I remember reading about Cannatab that they were not happy with the 'edible' classification because their product (their intention) is to serve the medicinal market and most edibles (brownie, lollipops etc) that are coming to market infused with MJ are for the recreational market but they are still all falling under the same classification Hence I default back to the current 1 year gap to allow the Canadian market to start to work on and manage this sector of the market.
