Just my small grain of salt on what you are saying and where I agree with you:

At this point, TOS is not a company, it's a product.

I think the VP4 is an awesome product.  In the right hands, it could have made us millions.

In fact the way I see the Plant every week I make my car count it remind of a buiding built as a    wharehouse and transformed as an ''assembly plant''.
So that assembly plant could be in another location and most probably in another ''rented warehouse''and transform to assemble VP4 in less than  six months !

So in my mind TSO3 is a product!

Is it worth $ 500 000 000 ? That is the question !
